Brands Hatch GP – Round 11

Brands Hatch outline map

It’s hard to believe the 2025 season has already wrapped up — it’s flown by. Looking back, I couldn’t be happier with how far we’ve come. After a tough 2024, when things just didn’t go our way, this year has been all about progress, consistency, and enjoying racing again.

The final round at Brands Hatch was the perfect way to end it. There’s something special about that place — the history, the crowds, and the layout of the Grand Prix circuit, which is one of the best in the country. The combination of high-speed corners through Hawthorn and Westfield and the technical challenge of Clearways and Druids always keeps you on your toes. The atmosphere for the final BSB weekend of the year was unreal, with huge crowds turning up and the autumn sun lighting up the track all weekend.

Adam Brown #33 – Round 11

Friday turned out to be one of the best practice days we’ve had all year — warm, dry, and perfect for track time. We used every lap to fine-tune the setup, and by the afternoon, the bike felt the best it’s been all season. That confidence carried into Saturday, where I managed to improve my lap times again and felt fully connected with the bike. In Race 1, I pushed hard, found some great rhythm through the GP loop, and came home in P22, a solid showing to kick off the final round.

Sunday morning’s warm-up reinforced everything we’d built during the weekend. The pace was there, the setup felt strong, and I went into the last race full of belief. But as seems to be tradition at Brands, the weather turned just before lights out — a light drizzle swept over the circuit, creating tricky, greasy conditions. Staying patient and consistent was key, and after 16 hard laps, I brought it home in P19, finishing the season with a result I can be proud of.

Adam Brown #33 – Season

Looking back, it’s been a year that’s reminded me why I love this sport so much. The Josh Davis Motorsport team have been absolutely first-class throughout — their effort, attention to detail, and dedication never wavered. We’ve built a foundation we can genuinely take forward into next season.

I also want to give a massive thank you to Paul Casey of Caseyquip, my main sponsor. Paul’s support this year has been incredible — not just in backing me financially but also in believing in the project and helping me take the steps I need to keep developing as a rider. That type of trust means the world at this stage of my career.

And, of course, a MASSIVE thank you to Mum and Dad. Without them, I wouldn’t even be doing this. The countless hours, the travel, the sacrifices — it’s all because of them that I get to live out my dream, and that’s something I’ll never take for granted.

Finally, to the fans, marshals, photographers, and everyone across the BSB paddock — thank you for making every weekend special. It feels more like a family than a championship, and that’s what makes British Supersport racing so unique.

Now it’s time for a short break, then it’s straight back to work. We’ve ended 2025 on a real high, and I can’t wait to come back even stronger in 2026.
